Do Not Call & revoking consent
Last updated 29 September 2026
If you no longer want calls or texts from Preferred Health Agency LLC, you can stop them at any time. You do not have to give a reason, and it costs you nothing.
The fastest ways to stop contact
- Reply STOP to any text message from us.
- Tell the agent on any call that you want to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list. They are required to honour it.
- Email info@preferredhealthandlife.com with the phone number you want removed.
- Write to us at 1560 Latham Road, Suite 6, West Palm Beach, FL 33409.
How quickly we act
We maintain an internal Do Not Call list. When you revoke consent by any reasonable means, we stop calling and texting the number you identify within 10 business days, which is the deadline set by the Federal Communications Commission. A request to stop marketing contact is honoured indefinitely unless you later ask us to contact you again.
Revoking consent for marketing does not stop communications we are required or permitted to send about an application or policy you already have with us — for example, confirming a submitted application. If you want those to stop as well, say so and we will close out the request.
The National Do Not Call Registry
You can also add your number to the federal registry at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222. The federal registry stops most telemarketing calls, but it does not by itself override consent you have already given to a specific company. Asking us directly is the reliable way to stop our calls.
Why you may have heard from us
We call people who asked us to. If you completed a quote form on this website and ticked the consent box, that form recorded the exact wording you agreed to, the version of that wording, and the date and time — and we can produce it on request. If you believe we called you without your consent, email info@preferredhealthandlife.com and we will look into it and tell you what we find.
Calling hours
We place calls only between 8:00am and 8:00pm in your local time zone, which is the tightest of the federal and state limits that apply to us.
