What this site is
This site is a solicitation for insurance. Its purpose is to let you request that a licensed agent contact you about health insurance options. It is an advertisement, not an application, and not a contract.
What this site is not
- Not a government website. We are not affiliated with HealthCare.gov, the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicare, or any government agency.
- Not an insurer. We are an agency. Coverage is issued by licensed insurance carriers, not by us.
- Not an offer of coverage. Nothing here binds coverage. No coverage exists until a carrier approves a completed application and any required premium is paid.
- Not advice. Information here is general. It is not legal, tax, medical or financial advice, and it does not account for your circumstances.
Accuracy of what you tell us
Quotes depend entirely on the information provided. If the details you give us are incomplete or inaccurate, any figure an agent discusses with you may change or may not be available. Submit information only for yourself, or for someone who has authorised you to do so.
Where we can help you
We can only transact insurance in the jurisdictions where we hold a licence. Those are listed on our licensing page. Availability, benefits and premiums vary by state and by carrier.
Contacting you
If you submit the form and tick the consent box, you are giving express written consent for us to contact you as described in that wording, including by automated dialling system, prerecorded message and text. Consent is never a condition of buying anything, and you can withdraw it at any time — see Do Not Call.
Our content
The text, layout and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy, republish or scrape them. Carrier names and logos belong to those carriers and are used to identify coverage we may be able to quote; their appearance does not imply endorsement of us.

Where we link to a carrier or a government resource, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
No warranties, and limits on our liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under the insurance laws of your state or your right to complain to your state insurance department.
Liability limitation

Agreement to indemnify
You agree to indemnify and hold Preferred Health Insurance Agency and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer or insurance laws of the state where you live.
